AFTERWORK CAMPUS is a division of the \nAIHE Academic Institute for Higher Education GmbH<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

AIHE GmbH is an institute for international higher education and has been offering academic continuing education on behalf of state and international universities since 2006.<\/p>

On March 15, 2026, the founder, Prof. Dr. Andrea Gensel, sold the institute to Constellation Academy. Constellation Academy is an established, growth-oriented education group with a clear commitment to quality, a strong strategic focus, and significant synergies across its institutions.<\/p>

In its bachelor\u2019s and continuing education master\u2019s distance learning programs, AIHE combines academic rigor with a strong practical orientation. Theoretical concepts are conveyed in a way that makes their relevance to professional practice immediately apparent\u2014with the aim of enabling reflective, evidence-based, and effective action.<\/p>

The students have an average age of 44, are internationally diverse, and bring substantial professional experience; around 50% hold leadership positions. This professional background shapes the academic discourse and sustainably strengthens the quality of teaching and exchange within AIHE.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

AIHE GmbH cooperates with national and international universities and higher education institutions, supporting them in the development and delivery of continuing education distance learning programs. Students are enrolled at the respective partner university, which also awards the academic degree. Quality assurance is carried out in close coordination with the partner university.<\/p>

AIHE provides conceptual, organizational, and financial support for the programs. Student support, teaching, examinations, and the assessment of exams and bachelor\u2019s\/master\u2019s theses are conducted by AIHE GmbH.<\/p>

In the past six months, the team has been significantly expanded: 23 permanent and freelance staff members have joined. Prof. Dr. Andrea Gensel stated: \u201cMy so-called core team\u2014the permanent colleagues\u2014has driven the entire growth process with energy, loyalty, and great commitment. I could not have wished for a better team. I am grateful and deeply appreciative, as the first two years in a start-up demand exceptional flexibility, patience, and mutual understanding.\u201d<\/p>
